These terms apply to Digital Infrastructure Audits and any follow-on work booked through Your Digital Support Hub Ltd. Booking an Audit or agreeing to further work means you accept these terms.

Who we are

Your Digital Support Hub Ltd (company number 14509447, registered in England & Wales) provides digital operations consulting, including the Digital Infrastructure Audit and related delivery work described on this website.

The Digital Infrastructure Audit

The Audit is a paid, fixed-scope engagement consisting of: pre-call review of your public-facing digital presence; a 30-minute consultation; and a written project delivery framework ("roadmap") delivered within 48 hours of the call. The current fee is stated on the booking page at the time of booking.

If you engage us for further work within a reasonable period following the Audit, the Audit fee is credited in full against that work, as described on our website at the time of your booking.

Booking, rescheduling and cancellation

Bookings are made via our online calendar. If you need to reschedule, please do so with as much notice as possible using the link in your booking confirmation. We reserve the right to reschedule in exceptional circumstances and will give you as much notice as we can.

Confidentiality

Any operational, business or client-related information you share with us as part of an Audit or ongoing engagement is treated as confidential and is used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed work. We do not share this information with third parties except where a named sub-processor is required to deliver the service (see our Privacy Policy), or where required by law.

Deliverables and intellectual property

The written roadmap and any other deliverables produced as part of an engagement are provided for your own use in operating your practice or business. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of our own underlying methodology, templates and frameworks used to produce those deliverables.

Fees and payment

Fees for the Audit are payable at the time of booking, via the payment method offered on our booking platform. Fees for any follow-on work will be agreed separately in writing before work begins.

Limitation of liability

We provide the Audit and any follow-on work with reasonable care and skill, based on the information you provide to us. We are not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of the roadmap or advice given, except where caused by our negligence or breach of these terms. Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Termination

Either party may end an ongoing engagement by giving reasonable written notice. Fees for work already carried out remain payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
