What data we collect
We collect personal data in the following ways:
- Contact form submissions. When you fill in our enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, and any details you choose to share about your practice or business.
- Bookings. When you book a Digital Infrastructure Audit through our booking calendar (TidyCal), we collect your name, email address, and any information you provide as part of the booking.
- Audit and engagement data. If you proceed with a Digital Infrastructure Audit or ongoing work, we collect the operational, website, and business information you share with us in order to carry out that work.
- Website analytics. If you accept analytics cookies via our cookie banner, we collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, general location, device type) through Google Analytics. No analytics data is collected unless you actively consent.
How we use your data
We use personal data to: respond to enquiries and booking requests; deliver the Digital Infrastructure Audit and any agreed follow-on work; maintain records for accounting and legal purposes; and, where consented to, understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for purposes beyond those described here without asking first.
Our legal basis for processing
We rely on: consent (for analytics cookies and any marketing communications); contract (to respond to enquiries, deliver bookings, and carry out agreed work); and legitimate interests (to keep our services running securely and to maintain business records).
Who we share data with
We use the following third-party services to run this website and our booking process. Each acts as a data processor and has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data on our behalf:
- Formspree: processes contact form submissions.
- TidyCal: processes booking and calendar data.
- Google Analytics: processes anonymised website usage data, only after you accept analytics cookies.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, they do so under recognised data protection safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry and booking data for as long as needed to respond to you and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement plus a reasonable period afterwards to meet accounting, tax and legal obligations (typically up to 6 years). Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct inaccurate data; ask us to delete your data; restrict or object to certain processing; and receive a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email rosanna@yourdigitalsupporthub.com.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has been mishandled.

This site uses a cookie consent banner to ask for your permission before setting non-essential analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain and reloading the page.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we hold, including restricting access to information shared during client engagements to what is necessary to deliver that work.
