The Brief

A dormant account that needed revival — on a realistic schedule.

Leandri Piek is a registered dietitian based in South Africa and a mum of two young children. Her business, Piek a Dietitian, had an existing social media presence that had gone quiet — and she knew she needed help getting it active again.

The challenge was finding an approach that worked around her life. She was clear from the start: she didn't want a heavy posting schedule. With two small children and a clinical practice to run, she needed content that was consistent and professional without demanding constant input from her.

The goal was simple: bring the account back to life with quality over quantity, and let the content do the work.

Content Planning

A manageable monthly schedule built around her availability.

Posts were planned in advance and mapped onto a content calendar so the account stayed consistent without requiring daily decisions from Leandri. The schedule was deliberately light — prioritising steady visibility over volume.

The Approach

Less posting, more intention — a strategy built for real life.

1

Realistic Volume

Rather than pushing for daily posts, the schedule was built around what was actually sustainable — a small number of quality posts per week that kept the account visible without burning out the client.

2

Content Themes

Posts were planned around practical nutrition content, trust-building educational posts and relatable messaging that connected with her audience — without requiring her to produce recipes on demand.

3

Design & Captions

Graphics and captions were created in Leandri's brand style — clean, approachable and professional — so every post felt like her, even when she hadn't written a word of it.

4

Scheduled in Advance

All content was scheduled ahead of time across both Facebook and Instagram, removing the need for Leandri to post manually and freeing her to focus on her clients and family.

Facebook Results

Facebook went from flat to active — with strong reach growth.

Facebook views climbed to 4.5K (up 11.1K%), page visits rose 780% to 176, and the account gained 14 new followers — a 1.3K% increase — with a net of 13 after one unfollow. Content interactions reached 93, doubling from the previous period.
