Website questions

What do I get for £349? +
A professional, fully designed one-page website built specifically for your business. It includes mobile-friendly design, SEO-optimised copy and structure, a contact form, high-speed secure hosting (no monthly fees), GDPR and ICO compliance, 2 rounds of revisions, and a simple deployment guide. Everything you need to go live — nothing you don't.
How long does it take to build? +
Most websites are live within 3–5 business days of receiving your completed intake form. The more detail you provide in the form, the faster and more accurately I can build. If you have all your photos, copy, and details ready, it often moves even faster than that.
Do I need to write my own copy? +
No — that's part of what the £349 includes. I write the copy for your site based on what you tell me in the intake form. You just need to provide the key information about your business, your services, and what makes you different. I do the rest.
What if I already have a domain name? +
No problem at all. Once your site is built, I'll provide simple step-by-step instructions for connecting your domain. If you'd prefer me to handle it, I offer a domain connection service for a one-off fee of £75.
What if I don't have a domain name yet? +
You'll need to purchase one before your site can go live with a custom web address. Domains typically cost £10–20 per year from providers like GoDaddy, Namecheap, or Squarespace. I'll guide you through what to look for. Your site can be ready and waiting while you sort the domain — it doesn't hold up the build.
Is there a monthly fee for hosting? +
No. Hosting is included in the one-off £349 fee with no ongoing monthly costs. Your site is hosted on Netlify's free tier which provides fast, secure, and reliable hosting for small business websites. The only ongoing cost is your domain registration (typically £10–20/year) which you pay directly to your domain provider.
What happens after my site goes live? +
You'll receive everything you need to manage and update your site, along with a simple deployment guide. If you'd prefer ongoing support, our monthly maintenance packages start from £49/month and cover content updates, monitoring, and a first point of contact if anything needs fixing.
Can I see examples of websites you've built? +
Absolutely — you can see a range of examples at yourdigitalsupporthub.com/therapist-examples for therapist and counsellor sites, and on the main portfolio section of the homepage for other business types including tradespeople and fitness professionals.
Is my website GDPR compliant? +
Yes. Every site I build includes a privacy policy, a GDPR-compliant contact form, and data handling set up in line with ICO guidelines. I have a background in legal services which means I take compliance seriously — it's built in from the start, not bolted on as an afterthought.

Business support questions

What kinds of businesses do you support? +
Primarily solo professionals, small business owners, and online businesses — coaches, therapists, consultants, tradespeople, and service-based businesses of all kinds. If you're running a business largely by yourself and feeling stretched across the operational side, I'm likely a good fit.
How is the support delivered? +
Entirely remotely and digitally. We'll set up a simple shared system at the start — usually email, a shared calendar, and a task management tool — so everything is organised and traceable. You send tasks, I handle them and keep you updated. No unnecessary meetings, no complicated processes.
What's included in the monthly hours? +
The hours can be used across any of the services listed in your package — inbox management, diary coordination, document preparation, research, client onboarding support, or general administration. We agree at the start of each month how best to allocate the time based on your current priorities.
Do unused hours roll over? +
Hours do not roll over month to month — they're designed to be used within each billing period. If you consistently find you're not using your hours, that's a sign we should review your package. If you're regularly going over, we can discuss upgrading or adding a top-up block.
Is there a minimum contract length? +
There's no long-term contract. Packages run monthly and can be cancelled with one month's notice. I prefer to earn your continued business through the quality of the work rather than lock you in contractually.
How do I know what tasks are being worked on? +
Every package includes a monthly check-in call and ongoing task tracking so you always know exactly what's been completed, what's in progress, and how your hours have been used. Transparency is built into how I work — you'll never be left wondering.
