How does the support actually work day to day? +
Once we agree on a package, I'll set up a simple shared system (usually email, a shared calendar, and a task tracker) so we can communicate clearly and efficiently. You send tasks my way, I handle them and update you. It's designed to be as frictionless as possible — you shouldn't have to manage me.
What happens if I need more hours than my package includes? +
Any additional hours beyond your package are charged at a fixed hourly rate agreed at the start. You'll always be informed before any extra hours are used — no surprises on your invoice.
Can I change my package if my needs change? +
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause your support with one month's notice. Business needs change and your support package should be able to change with them.
Is my business information kept confidential? +
Always. A confidentiality agreement is included as standard with every package. My background in legal and financial services means I take discretion extremely seriously — it's non-negotiable.
Do I need to provide equipment or software access? +
For most tasks I use standard tools that don't require you to set up anything new. Where I need access to your systems (email, calendar, CRM) I'll guide you through a simple, secure access setup.
How quickly can we get started? +
Once we've had an initial call and agreed on scope, most clients are up and running within 3–5 business days. I keep onboarding simple and quick — you've got enough on your plate already.
