Everything you need to know about working with Your Digital Support Hub — websites, social media management, and business support.

Website questions

What do I get for £349? +
A professional, fully designed one-page website built specifically for your business. It includes mobile-friendly design, SEO-optimised copy and structure, a contact form, high-speed secure hosting with no monthly fees, GDPR and ICO compliance, two rounds of revisions, and a simple deployment guide. Everything you need to go live — nothing you don't.
How long does it take to build? +
Most websites are live within 3–5 business days of receiving your completed intake form. The more detail you provide upfront, the faster and more accurately I can build. If you have your photos, key information, and details ready, it often moves even quicker than that.
Do I need to write my own copy? +
No — that's part of what the £349 includes. I write the copy for your site based on what you tell me in the intake form. You just need to provide the key information about your business, your services, and what makes you different. I take care of the rest.
What if I already have a domain name? +
No problem at all. Once your site is built, I'll provide simple step-by-step instructions for connecting your domain. If you'd prefer me to handle it for you, I offer a domain connection service for a one-off fee of £75.
What if I don't have a domain name yet? +
You'll need to purchase one before your site can go live with a custom web address. Domains typically cost £10–20 per year from providers like GoDaddy, Namecheap, or Squarespace. I'll guide you on what to look for. Your site can be built and ready while you sort the domain — it doesn't hold up the build.
Is there a monthly fee for hosting? +
No. Hosting is included in the one-off £349 fee with no ongoing monthly costs. Your site is hosted on Netlify's free tier, which provides fast, secure, and reliable hosting for small business websites. The only ongoing cost is your domain registration — typically £10–20 per year — paid directly to your domain provider.
What happens after my site goes live? +
You'll receive everything you need to manage your site going forward, along with a simple deployment guide. If you'd prefer ongoing support, monthly maintenance packages are available from £49/month, covering content updates, monitoring, and a first point of contact if anything needs attention.
Can I see examples of websites you've built? +
Yes — you can view a range of examples at yourdigitalsupporthub.com/portfolio, including therapists, tradespeople, coaches, accountants, and more. Each site is built specifically around the business it's for, not from a generic template.
Is my website GDPR compliant? +
Yes. Every site includes a privacy policy, a GDPR-compliant contact form, and data handling set up in line with ICO guidelines. I have a background in legal services which means compliance is built in from the start, not added as an afterthought.

Social media questions

What platforms do you manage? +
I work across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter). Most clients start with one or two platforms and expand from there. If you're not sure which platforms are right for your business, I'm happy to advise during our initial conversation.
Do I need to provide photos and videos? +
Yes — I don't create graphics or original imagery as part of the service. You provide your photos and videos, and I take care of everything else: the content plan, captions, scheduling, and reporting. If you're not sure what to provide, I'll map out exactly what I need each month so you can plan ahead.
How far in advance do you schedule content? +
Everything is scheduled weeks in advance — typically four to eight weeks depending on your package. This means your social media stays consistent and professional without requiring your attention day to day. You approve everything before it goes live, and once it's signed off, it runs automatically.
How does the approval process work? +
Once I've prepared the content for the month, I'll send it to you for review. You have one approval round per month to request any changes before everything is scheduled. This keeps the process clean and efficient without unnecessary back-and-forth.
What's included in the monthly analytics report? +
Each month you'll receive a clear summary of how your content has performed — reach, engagement, what worked well, and what I'll be adjusting going forward. Social media is always evolving, and the report reflects that. You'll also receive a brief bi-weekly update so you're never left in the dark between reports.
Can I still post my own content alongside what you schedule? +
Absolutely. The scheduled content is your foundation — consistent, on-brand posts that go out regardless of how busy you are. If you want to add your own spontaneous posts on top of that, it only helps. I'll account for any additional posting when putting together your content plan.
Do you offer engagement management? +
Engagement management is available as an optional add-on from £95/month. It covers set days and hours only — it's not a live, around-the-clock monitoring service. If you'd like to discuss adding engagement to your package, just get in touch and we can talk through what would work for your business.
Is there a minimum contract length? +
There's no long-term contract. Packages run monthly and can be cancelled with one month's notice. Social media management works best with consistency over time, but I'd rather earn your continued business through the quality of the work than lock you in contractually.
What if I need content for a specific campaign or event? +
That's all part of the planning process. At the start of each month I'll ask about any upcoming campaigns, launches, events, or key dates so the content plan can be built around them. The more notice you give me, the better I can integrate it into the schedule.

Business support questions

What kinds of businesses do you support? +
Primarily solo professionals, small business owners, and online businesses — coaches, therapists, consultants, tradespeople, and service-based businesses of all kinds. If you're running a business largely by yourself and feeling stretched across the operational side, I'm likely a good fit.
How is the support delivered? +
Entirely remotely. We'll set up a simple shared system at the start — usually email, a shared calendar, and a task management tool — so everything is organised and traceable. You send tasks, I handle them and keep you updated. No unnecessary meetings, no complicated processes.
How do I find out more or discuss what I need? +
Business support is fully tailored — there are no fixed packages. The best starting point is to drop me an email at rosanna@yourdigitalsupporthub.com with a brief overview of what you're looking for, and I'll come back to you to discuss how I can help.
