How do I know if someone I referred has become a client?

Once your application is approved and your link is active, I'll let you know personally each time a referral converts to a paying client. You'll never be left wondering.

How and when do I get paid?

Payment is made once the referred client has paid for their website or support package in full. We'll agree a payment method that works for you when you're accepted.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

No limit at all. Refer as many people as you like — every completed sale earns you £50.

What if I'm not based in the UK but I know people there?

That's fine — what matters is that your network includes UK-based small business owners. If you can genuinely make warm introductions to people in the UK, we'd love to hear from you.

How long does the application take to review?

Every application is reviewed personally. You'll hear back within 14 days. If you haven't heard from us by then, please assume your application was not successful on this occasion.

Can I share my link on social media?

Yes — share it however feels natural to you. The key is that your introductions are genuine and relevant, not spam-blasted to everyone you've ever met.
